Mark Crinnion

Corporate Counsel

Mark Crinnion, JD, CPA joined the Auto Plus team on May 2, 2022 as Corporate Counsel.  Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and received his Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law. 

Prior to joining Auto Plus he spent 29 years with ACF Industries LLC, a railcar and railcar parts manufacturer located in St. Charles, Missouri, including 17 years as Vice President – Treasurer & General Counsel. He is admitted to practice in the State of Missouri and the United States Supreme Court. Mark also is a Certified Public Accountant.
